Window focus following mouse in XP, how do I turn it off?

Hi, I have an old XP box that seems to change window focus whenever I hover the mouse over a window, even though I don't click on the window.

I've been thru almost every window in Control Panel, and I cannot see an option to disable this anywhere...

So, how do I disable this? Thanks.

Try Tweak UI and its 'Activation follows mouse (X-Mouse)' setting.
