Window issue with win 7

Just install 7 there and noticed the opening of windows doesn't seem as smooth as it should.

If i go into the performance options i get a warning telling me visual's can be improved etc.

I am running a gtx280 with the 186 drivers, but the same issue happened with the newest drivers as well.

To sort it i have to turn of "animate windows when minmizing and maximizing"

In W7 do you have to refresh your Windows score? Cos on initial install of Vista ya score is 1.0 and most "graphice intensive" stuff is turned off. Not got W7 yet so don;t know, but check your windows score, if its too low then refresh your score and you might be ok then.
