Window questions

Hey all, quick q for u all. Basically, if I was to replace the side window on my Thermaltake Soprano with mesh, would it work, or would too much dust etc. get in?

Airflow would be rubbish!

I thought a load of mesh would be great for ventilation?!?

You would end up with your fans sucking cold air from outside the case and blowing it back out. You want them to draw hot air from inside and expel it. And obviously cool air in etc.

If you go and put a mesh there, it stops this effect!

I wouldn't do it myself. It's a bad idea. What you want is a strict airflow system and collects all the air and pushes heat out. If you have side panel like that air would be going all over the place.

Get yourself some better fan's if you want to increase airflow.

I'm happy with the airflow, its purely an aesthetic thing.
