window surface 2 pro

I am looking at the upper end of the windows surface 2 pro.

Am I right it will run standard windows software and games?
Want to put football manager, various RTS games, Deus ex HR and some others.
Also want to put Office, DTP and some web design stuff on it.

Am I right it will run standard windows software and games? - yes, its x86 architecture not arm like the RT
football manager - yes
RTS games - varies but broadly yes at middle to low settings
Deus Ex - not really, maybe passable performance on lowest settings
Office, DTP and some web design stuff on it. - yes, though i personally wouldnt want to do any design on a ten inch screen, but each to there own.
