Recently, it's been impossible to upload WindowBlinds. (it's a program that lets you choose skins) Every time I try to unload it, it just says Please wait and then just stops. everything stops, nothing happens, I can move the mouse, but not click anything. so I have to push the power button to shut it down, and then "explorer.exe shutting down" comes up, but then it said It cannot be shut down so I just press the button telling me to shut it down immediately. So the pc shuts down, and I start it up again, but when I start it up, the same WindowBlinds skin is still there! I tried again, same thing happens, did a system restore (since I installed the new windows updates), still the same.
any help is very much appreciated! otherwise I guess I have to reformat and I REALLY don't wanna do that
