Windowed Mode

Are there any programmes which allow border adjustment? Most games in windowed mode force a specific resolution. I'd like to know if there's any programmes which allow me to use a mouse on the edge/border of a windowed game to manually adjust the size of the gaming window.

Any ideas?

Ah well not to worry. Was simply a temporary solution until i can get a dual monitor setup going.
