Why does it show : "OGUNL0V"/Administrator when trying to amend settings on my admin account?

when TRYING TO MAKE CHANGES TO PC.

More specifically "DESKTOP-OGUNL0V\Administrator"

Chnged full computer name, can anyone explain logically why it was set to that

Because you don't set a computer name during installation of Windows 10 so it generates one.

When you upgrade it keeps the name though.
