Windows 10 and 4tb hdd

hi all
this is new issue to me, I have an x99 deluxe board, i7 5930k
I cannot get win 10 to recognise above 2tb in windows
the hdd is not at fault
I have tried a lot of things
any person who can give me some instruction will help please

I had this before, I had to change the partition type.
