Windows 10 automatic updates turned off

Hello folks, not sure why Windows update screen is reporting my automatic updates is turned off.
It says "some settings are managed by your organisation".
Even though ive done nothing to this or turned anything off.

Any thoughts or advice on the above?

If win10 run the troubleshooter to see if will resolve. Hit Win and type 'trouble' it should bring it up then, additional, win update troubleshooter

Some tweaker apps can adjust group policies to enable or disable certain features which leads to such messages.

Hmm ok thanks. It seemed to have dissapeard now, thanks again.
