Windows 10 background wallpaper changing

So I've noticed on a couple of occasions now when waking from sleep, that the computer is displaying some random image for the lock screen background much like you get on the Bing homepage. Today when I started it up, it displayed another brand new image which is not part of the built in selection.

My question is - where is the setting that controls this? I'm getting a new computer soon and I'd quite like the different backgrounds available there, too.

Settings -> Personalisation -> Lock screen, and make sure Background is set to Windows Spotlight.

I have the same as well, some of these random images are actually pretty nice to look at.

^ this above, the images are pulled from Bing Search and should rotate to the stage where you'll not see the same image again.

You can also set this to display the images from any folder on your PC.
