Windows 10 - BSOD Errors

For some strange reason out of no where i keep getting BSOD's but not always the same ones.

So far is has been these two:

interrupt_exception_not_handled
memory_management

I'm on a fresh install with all the latest drivers

System:
i5 3570k, 16GB RAM, SSD, Nvidia 780 & Windows 10 Pro

It mainly happens when im playing a game but it can also happen while browsing the web

Any Idea's on a fix?

Sounds like a dodgy overclock or failing RAM to me. Have you ran memtest?
