Windows 10 bug or GPU problem?

Hi Suddenly every time I open an PDF the page will start to either zoom out or in and I cannot change/edit anything until it has finished zooming. If I try and manually zoom to a different level it just zooms back to the default zoom level.

Any thoughts?
