Not sure whether this is a hardware or software issue.
When I start windows 10 (latest update) it boots ok the the account/sign in page, but the USB keyboard and mouse then take's around 5 minutes to register/work before I can use them to sign in, I have a PS/2 keyboard that does not have this problem.
Then quite often, but not always once logged on the screen is black and unusable whereupon I have to reboot.
On other occasion's the system does not recognise certain hard drives on startup.
My Device Manager shows no errors.
Any help appreciated.
