Windows 10 Creators Update - Won't restart!

I've done the more recent update and everything seems to have installed ok, and I've used O&O ShutUp10 to turn off most of the spyware, however when I use the start menu to restart, it just stays on a blue screen and restarting. It doesn't restart and I have to manually do so..

Any ideas?

This is quite a common issue. Out of interest, are you using any of the Client Hyper-V features? Check in Add / Remove programs (Windows Features)

Grr now it wont shut down! Have to do that manually too

So, as a test, can you press and hold Shift when shutting down / restarting for me. That will help me understand what it's failing to do.
