Windows 10, dark mode even 3rd party apps (with out high contrast)

I want to have dark mode system wide, except in games. High contrast does this, but I feel like it effects games also. Plus it disables some options, can I force 3rd party apps to go dark?

If your on Windows 10 / 11 when you put the OS in dark mode it will make most programs / websites that support it switch automatically.

As above, but main emphasis on support. Not all apps have a dark mode so trying to force it may darken the wrong thing and makes things worse.

For websites that don't have dark mode, while the browser can usually "force" it by converting the colours itself, it doesn't always get it right. You can use Dark Reader which is community driven so if forced dark mode doesn't look right you can report it and they'll fix it after a while: https://darkreader.org
