Windows 10, disable hibernate??!! (regestry key)

I have tried everything I could find online. It still leaves that hibernate file on the drive unless I fully shutdown, linux only opens the windows fs drives as read only.

Why do you need a registry key? You can open an admin command prompt and type the following:

powercfg -h off

It is odd, I did that a while back & when I check witth a app I downloaded it says it is off, but when I reset & boot to linux my NTFS drives moun't as read only.
