WINDOWS 10 FLAWED

Since getting windows 10 from 8.1 I have had nothing but lags and glitches in games, it runs atrociously , even with the second windows 10 NVidia drivers.
I am at a loose end here, anyone?

I'm uncertain how long it'll bloody take for a proper fix.

All I have in the recovery section you printscreened is "advanced start up" reset this pc" is missing.

Sorry thought I should have mentioned . I did upgrade with the free offer, but am running a fresh install via disc atm.

Ok so It was reseting 60% then restarted and said BSOD "Inacessible boot device"

So I checked my boot priorities and tried again.This time worse, : the disc is in the drive and it keeps saying please insert media for installation". wtf

So after resetting the pc it bloody undid its changes again, keeps getting the BSOD "inaccessible_boot_device"
