Windows 10 Home cant change taskbar colour.

Hello

I'm trying to change my taskbar colour

Googled it and found this site https://www.intowindows.com/how-to-change-taskbar-color-in-windows-10/

Doesn't give me a option to "start taskbar and action center."

Is there another way to change its colour?

Not that I doubt you, but are you sure you scrolled all the way down past the coloured squares?

Don't like Windows Dark theme, looking for a blue navy blue taskbar colour.

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry looking at your screenshot - the start menu actually looks pretty nice and usable how you've got it and resembles my optimised approach in 7 but I actually like (at least in concept) the functionality the start menu in 10 has that 7 doesn't which you've totally removed.

No I didn't, if is still there (Top Start Menu Button above Store in my above screenshot, and some sort of mouse click also).

I also use StartIsBack because I prefer the Windows 7 Start menu look as it feels more familiar to me and gives me what I want.

Personally I like the tiles/groups (or would if MS implemented it better) lets me lay stuff out according to tasks, etc.
