Windows 10 - How to see whats connecting and disconnecting via HDMI/USB etc

Hi there, Please can you help. Something keeps connecting/disconnecting via USB or HDMI, I'm not sure, I can hear the sound, but no idea what it is. I've got a lot of things plugged in via USB and HDMI so was wondering whats causing the problem.

Wasn't there somewhere in the task manager that shows you? I can't seem to find it?
