Windows 10 icons - minimizing into notfication area?

This has been bugging me for a while most applications when minimized in Windows 10 go into the system notification area i.e. gpu-z, aquaaero aquasuite to name a couple that maybe familiar to you all. The only way to get them back is to right click on a tiny icon.

Is there way to get them back on to the main task bar??? Please....

You have to change the settings for each application in the notification area. For Win 7 you can click on the notification arrow and select the option at the bottom but for Win 10, you have to go into System < Notifications and Actions and change the properties under 'Which icons will appear in the task bar'.
