Windows 10 internet issues

Hi all

just installed Windows 10, and first time I installed all drivers(previously downloaded them all ready) and internet starts off ok, then briefly afterwards, downloads would stop (about 5%) and browsing internet also stops

so I've just reformatted, reinstalled windows 10 and this time, no other drivers installed, same problem

Could this be a hardware problem ?
Could this be a Windows 10 problem ?
or could this be a driver problem ?

or other ?

any help much appreciated

I'm using Windows 10 64 (USB version)
I have a skylake CPU on a MSI Z170A Gaming Pro
16 Gb Corsair RAM
Using an SSD Samsung 950 EVO via SATA 3

so i downloaded firefox and it seems te be working through that, so it looks like its a MS Edge thing, anyone else has had this issue before?
