Windows 10 Lean - Windows 10 S - LTSC?

I gather that there is (or was) an official version of Windows 10 that is designed to run on lower-spec PCs and that is not cluttered with lots of unwanted bloatware.

I can't find out exactly what it is or whether it even (still) exists - does anyone have any recent experience of this?

Windows 10 S is a 'cut down' version in that you can only install apps from the Microsoft store, if you want to install third party apps you need to do the free upgrade to Windows 10 home in the store.

That (the Microsoft Store) probably rules it out then - but thanks.

LTSC is another version that has less unwanted stuff
