Windows 10 mail problems trash can

When i delete a email it doesn't go into the trash can any more,It permanently gets deleted.

right click on the trash, check that you haven't got "Don't move files top the recycle bin" enabled.

This might help someone:

I have found that the trash bin has nothing in it but if i click on the folders tab you have a deleted items tab and thats where you emails go when you delete them.

Have you updated the app to the latest version? The Windows 10 Mail App has all sorts of bugs/issues

Yes its all up to date,If its buggy then this could explain why i couldn't find my deleted emails.
