Windows 10 media creation tool

where can i download this tool? i just downloaded the windows 10 iso from Microsoft site. it told me the tool should be there but i just couldn't find the link. can anyone email this to me? thanks

thanks. I now know why the tool link isn't showing up! because I downloading using OSX.
