If you buy windows 10 from the ms store can you use the key as many times as you want like from the disc?. Thanks.

I think anything you buy is linked to your account, and thus if you move your account you can use it again
that is the impression I got with office, as when in recently activated a code, it seemingly linked it to my account, so I am hoping/assuming if I ever move my win10 to a whole new setup, then office should happy register as well.
