HELP ME PLEASE! Or these PC's are going out the window!

I've upgraded 3 PC's from windows 8.1 pro to 10 pro, all had network shares on each and could access them across the network seamlessly before the upgrade now I can't get at any and I'm going insane trying to figure out why?!

Each PC is signed in with a windows Live ID, no pins are used to login. I can see the machines on the network but if I try to access them it says-

Network Error

Windows cannot access \\HOMESERVER

?

Thanks

Windows will have reverted to auto managed HomeGroup connections. If you were using user account based sharing you will need to switch it back.

Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings

Cheers for the reply. Amended the setting on 2 of the Pc's to use user accounts, signed out of both machines and back in but still no joy. Still get the same message :(

Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Centre\Advanced sharing settings -> All Networks -> Turn off password-protected sharing.

Thanks for the reply. My HTPC and Server can now access each other. My main PC can see both but no access, similarly, they can both see my main PC but no access :(

I've checked, double and tripple checked that they all have the same settings under advanced sharing options. I must be missing something on the main PC but what?
