Windows 10: not showing my sky wifi

Not hidden but i have resolved it,After pulling my hair out i thought i would go into the sky router settings and see if i could return to default setting on the router,And Hey as soon as the router went back to default my connection appeared. I have no idea why returning it to default worked because i have never messed around with the router settings.
