Windows 10 not sleeping monitors?

Hi all,

Just trying to save electricity around the house and I noticed that my windows sleep settings are supposed to turn off my monitors after 30 mins, but they don't.

Any ideas why this wouldn't be working? Don't really know where to start looking - ie is it a windows setting or a monitor setting that might be overriding this?

Do you have anything running like discord or a page that is playing a gif or video of any sort in the foreground? I have found that can stop the monitor going to sleep on mine.

I've heard of usb peripherals doing this, unplug any suspects.
