Windows 10 optional updates fix performance problems introduced last month

LOL... wonder how many decades it will take before they pull their heads out their rears and provide an actually good update experience...
(Also there are some serious security vulnerabilities in that update that also introduced performance issues)
Had to chuckle at this:

"Your device should be online for at least eight hours to process Windows cumulative or feature updates properly. This period is called ‘Update Connectivity’ and eight hours is necessary to get the latest updates from Microsoft’s servers and successfully install them."
