Windows 10 Partitions and Macrium Refect

When I create a backup image or restore an image upload using MR.
Do I need to select all 4 partitions on the drive (that Win10 created) or can I just backup/restore the main "C" drive partition by unchecking the others?

I always copy the entire drive. The other partitions are usually so small that they make little difference to the image size or the time taken.
