Windows 10 Pen drive more than one use?

If I buy a Windows 10 Pen drive, can I then use that more than once? For example I download it on one PC and then download it on a laptop, is that possible?

Belongs you have a 2nd licence which matches the version you have on the stick.

It's a retail version of windows 10 (OEM versions come on disc)
