Windows 10 photo Print error

Hi,

I cannot figure this out. When I open a picture using Windows photo viewer on windows 10 and choose printer properties I get the attached image.
I can view this page fine from Office or direct from control panel.

Have you updated the printer drivers? That window looks to me like it's not truly communicating with the printer - none of the info is present.

drivers were fully uninstalled and reinstalled using latest HP. Strange it shows up fine from Word/paint etc
