Windows 10 Podcast application?

What podcast application do you use on Windows 10? I was trying to get into a few podcasts and wondered about that. A bonus feature would be one that could sync with an Android phone.

Not a Windows native app, but I had previously been looking for something similar and found https://podbay.fm/

It seemed to work brilliantly for a while, but i then started seeing an issue where once opening the app on my Samsung phone, it wasn't sync'ing properly with what i had been playing/listening to on the PC. Never worked out if it was a samsung/android issue or what, but worth a look.

Pocketcast but there is an fee for the desktop version. Mobile versions are free.
