Windows 10 randomly restarts.

I have had my pc since 2019, and I have had no issues with it what so ever, until recently I started to notice my PC would randomly restart, I dont get the "Restarting..." Screen, it just instantly turns off and on again, my specs are:

RTX 3060
i7-6700k (bottleneck i know)
16gb ddr4 ram
Z170A PC MATE (MS-7971) motherboard

I would check event viewer for any entries and also check your system temps. If you have an overclock then try running at stock and see. Perhaps even run MemTest to check your RAM isn’t the cause. What PSU are you running?
