Windows 10 Reactivation

I have a Windows 10 license with a digital entitlement and I have the license linked to my Microsoft account in case I change some hardware in the future and need to reactivate it. Now I know that the license can't be transferred to another pc , but a cpu and motherboard change (AMD to Intel) is essentially another pc. Would I have any issues reactivating?

Probably not, I upgraded my PC with W10 after the free upgrade time. Install a fresh copy of W10, skip the activation option, after all installed and drivers done run the activate windows online option. Should be fine.
