Windows 10 Refresh Tool

Im currently trying to do a clean install of windows 10 as i upgraded from windows 7 a while back, so im using the refresh tool to try and make an image but after it has downloaded the iso and before i get the to the next step to burn it i get the message " Setup couldn't start properly. Please reboot your PC and try running windows 10 setup again." Ive tried it 3 times now so how am i meant to get the image to burn?!

Just download the ISO manually, build a USB or DVD bootable device backup any data then format from scratch.

Download the media creation tool and use that to create a disc image, and use whatever program you have that can do this to burn the contents onto a disc.

Yup

Use IMGBurn to burn the ISO to a DVD, or use Rufus to write the image to a USB stick.
