Windows 10 Reset - Not prompting "just the drive where Windows is installed"

So.. what is occuring?

Have they changed it, does it only remove data from "C" now?

Just concerned to reset incase it clears other drives too.
 
Am not disagreeing about removing drives, is common sense.

Just want to know why the change in process what happens.
 
Presumably, because microsoft have decided users don't need the choice because it's unlikely they want to wipe anything other than C!
