I've switched from using an admin-level account to a user-level account on this Windows 10 Pro box. And I've hit an interesting problem with Windows scaling. The right-click menus for the start bar and for Explorer keep disappearing. Tthe fix is to turn off scaling, log out, log back in, and reapply scaling. But that's a pain. It's clearly a permissions issue somewhere - maybe the registry?
I've also noticed that on some websites mouse-over text in Chrome in minuscule.
