Windows 10 Screen Flickering

As in the video, it happens everytime but not when I launch games.

GPUZ shows the memory clock going up and down like crazy, that's what causes the problem.

R9 290X crossfire watercooled, running Windows 10, using 15.7.1 drivers
7680x1440 resolution.

Anyone can help me?

Had the same thing with Windows 10 but on while playing Resident Evil 5.

Got the same problem though only in games.

My specs are 390x with a 290 cf.
