Windows 10 Start menu - Showing recent browsing and videos.. question

Hi guys

Is ther anyway I can stop windows 10 showing what sites and videos I have been watching when right clicking on chrome and vlc player. It is in the most used section at the top

Done it thanks - I didn't know it was called a jump list, no wounder I couldn't find it
