Windows 10 Startup Programs.... not starting

Hello,

I've tried googling an answer for this and cannot find one!!! It's a really small, insignifcant issue really but its seriously bugging me

I have the programs I want to start with Windows marked to startup.... but some like RealTempGT dont.....

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Ended up fixing it with a program called "elevated shortcut"
