Windows 10 Suddenly lost the option to rick click manage and also sleep mode

Hi All,

For some reason, I can't fathom. In the last week, I can no longer right-click on "This PC" and select manage. I now receive a User account control pop-up telling me that the app has been blocked for my protection.
Additionally, the option to select Sleep has also disappeared when I click on power. There may also be additional functionality that has gone that I have yet to discover.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here. I've never had a problem like this in the past.

Just noticed I am also now receiving the message "Display Driver Failed to Start"

Could be blocked by smartscreen? Would be a bit odd if so, have you tried running antivirus software?

Are you able to run computer management manually? Hit windows+r and type compmgmt.msc, and see if it loads that.

since the last windows update.

I can't open the control panel for nvidia anymore by right clicking my desktop.

I can only open it by forcing "take ownership" of the windows programs folder and manually going in there to open it and this is supposed to be an admin account
