I have an issue I for the life of me cannot figure out. I am getting my two pc's with windows 10 ready for the RTX 2080/RTX 2080Ti and for them I need to upgrade to windows 10 build 1803.
One of my machines with MSI X99S Gaming 7 and Intel core i7 [email protected] everything is fine and my CPU runs overclocked with build 1803.
However in my main rig with MSI X99S SLi Krait Edition and Intel core i7 [email protected], my CPU only runs at 3.7GHz
. I tried updating to the latest BIOS and set my OC settings in the BIOS, but in windows 10 build 1803 it still runs stock. Powermanagement is set to full performance.
What is going on here ?
