Windows 10 update broken

I've tried all the recommendations in Google but nothing seems to work, please help. I did not check the updates and suddenly realised it hasn't updated since last year :mad:

Windows 10?

Just download the media creation tool and run it in windows to update to the latest build that way.

Yes, Win 10 pro. Will this keep all my files and settings?

thanks I used the Windows Update tool on that page which worked.
