My parents have a Packard Bell PC (oneTwo M3871) with a clean install of Win 10 that currently seems to be stuck whenever it tries to update from the Microsoft website. It gets stuck at the same point, every time.

Needless to say, the MS help is less than useful.
Anybody got any ideas please? The only way currently to use it, is to hard reset and it then restores to a prev version, which works fine. When I then try to update again, the same thing happens. In between times, it works no problems.
Edit: the update if it helps is to "version 1511, 10586"
(And there is a certain irony in having the Apple logo in the background!)
