Windows 10 update issue

I have an issue today with windows update its trying to installe the following

NVIDIA Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM2.0 - NVIDIA High Definition Audio.

Now I dont have and never had anything Nvidia in this build which if find concerning that windows wants to push this update to me and now I dare not reboot.

3 days later and windows update still for some bizzare reason thinks i have an nvidia product in my rig.

What happens if you just let it install?

Nvidia installers always start by identifying the appropriate hardware in your system. It'll find that you don't have an nvidia product and cancel the install.

I seem to have got rid of it and dont know which of the things i tried amongst them was removing reg entries so fingers crossed its gone now
