Windows 10 updates

Found out what was causing me problems it is windows update kb3156421
Seems I am not alone with the issue I was able to resolve it by hiding the update but that only worked for a few days as today it decided was going to install it again.

Any way to permanently stop an individual update?

When I start the pc up it sticks at the spinning dots it won't boot to windows desktop at all.
Enter safe mode and remove the update and it works fine, until the update is auto installed again by windows then it won't.

The hide update tool only works for around 3 days before windows will eventually install the update.
