windows 10 upgrade image,

has anyone tried / tested / worked out a way to create a windows 10 image you can restore to multiple windows 8 machines and have them correctly activated (or that can some how be legitimately activated)

so if you wanted to build 10 laptops that have w8 CoA's you avoid the windows 8 installed + 10 upgrade... - ie a straight windows 10 image,

Nope, won't work. During the upgrade it authorises a hardware hash for w10. Without doing the upgrade you can't activate w10.
