Anyone else seeing file access issues after the latest (big) update?

Got some files on the secondary drive in the Program x86 folder which were perfectly accessible before the update. Now I try to access them and either get a permissions denial or, when I try to change the Security levels, an I/O error warning.

That's after the update reset all my graphics settings to default including the HDMI one which correctly expands the full range of colours.

I'm going to see if I can run a chkdisk on the drive to see if it is just a coincidental error/defect that has occurred but still seems more likely M$ have kindly borked something on my own computer.

Okay, no replies but in the end here's how I sorted it...

chkdsk revealed no errors but I was still unable to open or delete the offending folder. In the end I dropped UAC down to minimal/off, at which point I was able to cut and paste the folder outside of Program Files X86 and open without hindrance. Put UAC back to previous setting afterwards.

Moral of story, don't put any folders or files in PF X86 that you might want to open and amend yourself, as Windows may not let you - even though it's your bl00dy computer!!
