Hi Guys,
Earlier today i upgraded from win 7 to 10. Whilst doing this i unplugged the d drive which is storage and games. Now its plugged in all the content is there but wont open or play.
Have i stuffed up big time or can the error be corrected ?
TIA
Mick

What happens when you try and load something from the drive like a game? Do you get any errors?

Also does the drive have the same drive letter that was assigned to it before the upgrade?

Made sense to disconnect the drive the fore updating to stop windows storing anything on it

If I try to open a steam game I get the error
"unable to open the internet shortcut. the protocol "steam" does not have a registered program".
If I try fortnite I get
"unable to open this internet shortcut. the protocol"com.epicgames.launcher" does not have a registered program"
Films play and music plays :confused:
